Our business delivers expert skills in large civil project execution which includes roads, bridges, walls, land development, and commercial & domestic projects. We have successfully used this model to source and coordinate the design, finance and execution of projects. We do the work and our clients or shareholders get to expand their communities. We have successfully used this model with civil projects, large- scale developments, roads, bridges, walls and commercial buildings.

Through lateral integration, we outsource services and collaborate with other professionals to successfully complete our jobs. This positively impacts the communities we work in through direct employment of food vendors/ caterers, transportation services, subcontractors and persons who offer other relevant skills.

Our start
Fresh Start launched in 2010 as a modern, FRESH and innovative extension of Hippolyte Group of Companies/ Hippolyte Equipment Services.
In the 1960s, Hippolyte Equipment Services was a family-based company, founded by patriarch Eurance Hippolyte. The company established itself as a strong force in trucking, heavy equipment services, and quality construction. Between 1997 and 2006, Hippolyte Equipment Services encountered some financial difficulty which left the company in a position where it was unable to sustain itself. At this time, Peter Felicien (first son of Mr. Eurance Hippolyte) assumed leadership of the group.
In 2011, as part of the strategy to settle the company’s financial commitments, Fresh Start Construction Company Limited was officially established to offer a FRESH approach; modernized and improved services, and a more efficient level of service to the industry.
